Here are my tried-and-true Benefit Cosmetics products for a beach day. Pack your sunscreen, SPF chapstick (a must, nothing is worse than burnt lips...trust me- I like Fresh's Sugar or Blistex's Complete Moisture), and these three items and you'll be set for the day!
Start with Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow. It's SPF 25 (not to say you shouldn't swipe on regular sunscreen as well), and comes in 10 different shades from Ivory-Fair (pour moi) to Nutmeg, so you'll definitely find a shade that works for you. $36.

You'll probably end your day with rosy cheeks, but who's to say you can't start off with them, too? I love the cheek tints. They last a bit longer than just a powder blush because they're a stain. They come in three colors- Benetint, Posietint, and Chachatint. My favorite is Posietint, but if you're already rocking a base tan, or if you have naturally darker skin, check out the other two, too! Best part- they can also be used as lip stains! $30.

You don't need tons of eye makeup on the beach, but a little mascara never hurt anyone (unless you're still figuring out how to position that brush correctly...) The worst thing is to emerge from the ocean with what looks like black tears running down your face. You'll likely send everyone running. Check out BADgal Lash in waterproof. BADgal is awesome to begin with, and when you're jumping in and out of the ocean, the waterproof one is the way to go! $19.
